The Satin Oak Passage.

A refined metal-and-oak passage replaces the former Mediterranean workshop language with an authentic continuous oak floor, a rigorously fabricated satin-stainless working elevation and a subdued clay-rose wall. The metallic focal plane, long timber boards and precise cylindrical lighting create a distinctly architectural composition while the opposite wall and circulation aisle remain completely clear, the visible-f

Medfloor Baltic Wood Roble Duna CD MB6285

3-layer engineered oak; 2.7 mm wear layer

85,61 € / m²

Medfloor Baltic Wood Roble Duna CD MB6285 is the required premium choice because its genuine three-layer engineered-oak construction, 2.7 mm wear layer, super-matte lacquer, four-sided microbevel and 220 cm board length provide greater material authenticity and spatial calm than the undocumented catalogue parquets. At €85.61/m², it credibly expresses the expensive band, while its light-tinted warm grain will absorb

2,49 € / unit
This price may be for a tester. Final paint quantity needs wall measurements and product coverage.

BRUGUER Ultra Resist Rosa armonía Mate, retailer reference 27724327, is the strongest unused clay-rose candidate because its muted warm family supports the stainless steel and oak without repeating the olive, warm-white, brown or ochre fields of the current directions. Apply it only to the clear long wall and boxed projection, using the exact tester to approve the colour under diffuse right-side daylight and 2700–300

The Civic Blue Terrazzo Kitchen.

A restrained civic-terrazzo composition replaces the former pale linear scheme with a warm, finely mottled porcelain floor, smoky powder-blue wall, monolithic warm-ivory working elevation and integrated task light. The complete programme remains on the documented cabinet wall, the opposite side and lengthwise aisle stay empty, the radiator is removed for concealed or underfloor heating, and the preserved door set and

HALCÓN Madox Arena in matte rectified 60 × 60 cm porcelain is the strongest best-value candidate because its €10.99/m² price sits around the shortlist’s value midpoint while its square module, warm cement-like mottling and low reflectance provide the quiet civic character required by the strategy. This price may be for a tester. Final paint quantity needs wall measurements and product coverage.

Luxens Azul porcelana suave empolvado, retailer reference 88691031, is the most credible interpretation of the specified smoky Mediterranean blue because its documented greyed, chalky undertone is softer than the turquoise and brilliant-blue candidates and less generic than the warm-white option. Diffuse right-side daylight will reveal its blue character while the dim entrance end gives it useful depth; approve a

The Nocturne Light Kitchen.

An acoustic-minded evening kitchen uses a low-sheen, visually continuous floor, finely detailed pale joinery, a slim dark worktop and one deep earthen wall to create deliberate depth without decorative excess. Premium value is concentrated in meticulous junctions, substrate preparation and separately controlled lighting while the working program remains entirely on the documented cabinet wall.

GERFLOR Suelo Vinílico Texline Grain 3 mm Gris Claro Residencial, supplied in a two-metre-wide roll, is the closest credible match within P3’s assigned shortlist to the strategy’s continuous and acoustically calm floor thesis. The Caldera Blue Ribbon.

A calm earthen-ribbon kitchen replaces the former graphic scheme with a matte oxidised-clay ceramic floor, a greyed Mediterranean-blue wall and a continuous warm-white working elevation accented sparingly with pale oak and stainless steel.
